Working Out is My New Job


I worked out two hours yesterday afternoon and then again at 10pm I got on the treadmill again for 75 minutes. I went 8.3 miles in all. I have lost 4 pounds now and my clothes are starting to fit better. They are still tight in the stomach but the legs are not tight. I have always lost weight in my limbs first so I am not going to be discouraged by not loosing belly fat right away.

It was nice to hear a lot of the ladies in my small group are getting motivated to loose some weight too. I am going to lunch today with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and I said I would go if they went somewhere that I could get something healthy. I have to learn to make healthy choices outside the home again I can't stay here forever.

So I will have a salad for lunch today and I have no idea what is for dinner and tonight I will get on the treadmill for another hour or two.

  1. Great!!! Keep it up and don't stop, you have inspired me to work at losing weight as well.

    plz know you inspire, if you give up I lose that drive myself..
